INSTRUCTION OF USE:
Gently shake the canister prior to each use as contents may settle.
For meal replacement – Simply blend, shake or stir 25 g (3 scoops) of Formula 1 with 300 ml of skimmed milk OR 25 g (3 scoops) of Formula 1 with 2 scoops of Shakemate with 300 ml water and enjoy.
Not to exceed the recommended daily usage.
RECOMMENDED USAGE LEVEL:
For Weight Control: Replace two meals daily with a Formula 1 shake and eat one nutritious meal to support weight loss.
For Weight Management: Replace one meal daily with a Formula 1 shake to maintain/manage your weight.
